In last season’s ‘Hybrid Holism’ collection, desginer’s Herpen and Materialise combine high fashon with technology. One of their most iconic fashion dresses was transfromed by laser technology. The piece’s intricate lace-like texture was created with precision by laser sintering and would have been impossible to realize any other way. Desginer Van Herpen, Koerner and Materialise test the limits of fashion with 3D printing and laser sintering. Who says you can use high technology and fashion go hand in hand.

Another growing trend is the 3D desgining on computer. It’s like magic. You create a desgin on the computer, and print it on clothing.
